looks like this game will go the way of many PBEM's.....ending before its time.

Miller wrote to me that he might have to drop the game due to a new work schedule that includes nights. He said the best he could do was 1-2 turns a week. Even with 2 day turns that would be agonizing slow. Already i was starting to lose interest in the game due to the lastest slow down. Therefore i decided it was best to discontinue the game.

since i still have another PBEM game going in the early stages (Jan 42') i probably won't start another one for a while (like 6 months). I hope to try CHS game then

So thanks to all who've read my AAR, it was a lot of fun, and thanks to those that have commented, your ethusiasm kept it up.

Well, that's a shame; I've been enjoying reading this one. You played well. It really does appear that the Battle of Darwin was the turning point, especially as Miller suffered significant damage to his fleet while trying to support his invasion there. Congratulations on a game well played!
