Saw the movie for the first time in London, England. The ship was tied up to a dock in Greenwich. Tasted ale there for first time(ugh..warm ale).

What is ale? I'm British and have no idea. Thought it was a term for bitter or lager.

It was a long time ago and I only had one. I remember it was dark brown, real sweet, on tap, and served warm. I guess this was the stuff:

I was raised on Newcastle Brown.
