We had a family track meet yesterday in honor of my dad. [:D] It was fun until I tore my hamstring in the 100.

We had a big co-ed 4x100 race with 6 teams. It was awesome. Very competitive. Winning time was 1:02 which is not bad considering there were some old guys and it was co-ed and nobody had practiced or seriously warmed up....and we were handing off some branches instead of batons. My kids got third while I was icing my leg. [:)]

We had a co-ed 440 that was also very competitive. My nephew who used to run the 800 and up at USC won at 0:58. He waited to long to make his move or he might have done better.

My brother in law fell on his face in the relay so he was given the "Best Fall" trophy.[:)]

I am sore as Hell today.
