Nagara bounces a few off the armor before being absolutely savaged...torpedo hits but no explosion.

Two missed sub attacks on lone xaks fleeing north, and an uneventful skirmish with two IJ destroyers, and then this....don't see it too often. 1 shell hit, no torpedo launches.

Reports are the Brooklyn SAG has retired to rearm...but the Helena soldiers on...but the wiley IJN manage to escape after a brief firefight.
