Although the Kaiser was overjoyed that Hilter had conquered France in such a short time, he hated the Nazi regime. I think he was also appalled that a Bömische Corporal ruled over the Army and Germany.
If I'm not mistaken Wilhelm was still upset that he had to leave Germany and live a simple life in Holland. He never visited Germany at all.
