Good Morning!

Dr. visit: BP: 110/68, HgA1C: 7.0 (Could be lower, but I love food), everything else checking out OK. Not bad for 50...

Now to discover some symbiotic microbe that will regenerate aging tissue to keep the symbiotic microbe alive in the host that will also use up 1/3 of your caloric intake for the day. this will help you live longer and you can eat like a horse if you wish!

It's been done. It didn't work out so well back then either...

Not so. Please note the 'easy to swallow' label for the tapeworms. Nothing politicians spew is easy to swallow. [;)]

Yeah, I wasn't thinking parasite, I was thinking symbiotic. Something that gives in return, like regeneration of cells, keeping organs new and viable. Let us live longer, so we can play more WitP:AE!

Fixed that for you. [;)]

Ok, then, making a quiche. Grilled a Vidalia onion, sliced real thin and added 1/2 can of of quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained. Reserved the other half can for an Italian salad with Romas and goodies and a Gorgonzola dressing, and a topping of chopped hazelnuts, and lions, and tigers, and bears, oh, my!

Put the onion/artichokes into the pan. Cover with chopped up bacon from yesterday's BLT thingy. Whisk and pour the custard mixture over your "stuff". 400 degrees for 60 minutes.

Nice. I like to put a dash of nutmeg into the custard mix. But that's just me. Real men would like this one.

Ciao. John

Good morning, just realized that there are only four more days I am having to get up early to take kids to school. Starting in the fall my daughter will be 16 over the summer and have her license and her younger brother will be a freshman at the same high school. I will be getting a third family car to do this, but that isn't an issue. So, just until the end of this year which is only four more days of driving them in early left! I will be able to sleep in until 0700 instead of 0545 from now on!

Yeah, Mike, you started this. Made me start thinking... [&o][&o]

Congrats, Mike! 2 days in, and I'm loving it! [8D]

There is one small drawback. Leaving the house at 0730, there is actually traffic on the way to work. [:D]

@USS Mike-

Thought of you whilest enjoying a grill-out with the family from the deck yesterday. A Baltimore oriole was dancing around several of our trees in the yard in courtship displays to a female nearby. Quite a lovely little bird.

How are the (MLB) Orioles doin' anyways, dude? My A's are consistently in the running for 'best in the bigs'. Astonishing ability of theirs to pull pitching out of nowhere. [&o]
