... just had my second mug of joe - but still not on. 8-)

anyhow, just a thing that comes to mind every now and then, this WitE2 sim, is it symetrical? i mean, the numbers should work for both sides. but should they?! do they?

WitW is heavy allies-sided, i guess ... who wants to side with the axis when the allies have all the nice and heavy stuff?!

when you ask for WitW air forces, those will be mostly allied numbers, not? and axis should be different. they should, because the war wasn't symetrical! different everything!

... puh, need more coffee. later ...

And setting them not on REST during own Air Phase and flying Missions MAY STILL REDUCE FATIGUE BY 100%. So it is nice to know you get -100% by being on REST but if not on REST and not flying missions gets you -100% and flying missions (even the same pilot) may give you -100%. Then uhh...I just don't get it. :D

i'm so happy things a happening, numbers are changing and it's this up and down ... feels like chaos, Mr. RNG stikes again, whoopee!

Yep, well summarized.

Depends on the numbers you look at.
Many of the devices are symmetrical if the combatants had equal versions. Like e.g. the Rifles or SMGs (where even the Italian SMG has the same stats.... .
The rest is largely asymmetrical.

What are the actual mechanics and parts involved in making an artillery division? It took me a while to figure out tank corps. Mech corps was easier since I didn't have any mech brigades and bought them whole... for 11AP's. I've noticed new artillery BRIGADES. But I'm just not sure how to make the best use of the AP's that the Soviets are showered... I mean showered... with.

Does anyone have an idea on how to increase RRV? I have plenty of RR brigades, but I can't assign them.

You have to rest your NKPS units for some turns. It looks like their element have 99 fatigue and/or are damaged.

A lot of people get caught up by this. You cannot return railway construction support units back into the FBD/NKPS unit, which by itself does not repair rail. If you take them all out, it is now only useful for superdepots.

To continue with the theme, does removing some, but not all, of the RADs/O.T squads from FBD reduce the amount of RRV available?

Yes, the Rail Repair Value is a direct function of the amount of construction squads in a rail repair SU. Each SU has its own RRV, which are then added together for the total FBD/NKPS RRV. If any of the SUs are removed from their parent unit, their RRV goes with them.

Artillery TOEs/Units are not subsections of one another in the game, as it works for the 'Soviet Corps' formations. All they share is the same Pools of Men/Trucks/Equipments they need to be filled with.
