Great trip...made some new friends and we saw over 700 people who otherwise have zero access to a doctor. [:)]

Got that already. Biggest thing is a month of malaria prophylactics since despite the massive quantities of DEET expended, I was still eaten up by mosquitoes.
Biggest surprise of the trip was discovering two of my native translators spoke German!?!?!? We had great discovering how feeble our German skills were together. [:D]

Clare's back at work today, so I'm i/c Josh today (and tomorrow). I don't see what all the fuss was about, she makes it sound like it's difficult to look after him. [:D] Right now he's having a snooze in the middle of the living room after wearing himself out crawling after the dog (who has decided now is the time to go upstairs and hide).
