you can check this post for a simple formula for how take care of the production modifiers along the course of the scenario, given a figure for the overall production.

Larry, for the Il-4 production numbers there is Wikipedia, but when I designed EF41-45 I cross checked with a Russian website, I think there is a link (if it is still active) in the scenario notes.
