Yes. I forgot to move one INF from port to attack range. If next impulse is fine weahter I will attack. Next impulse I might attack during rain also.

Have you got build plans for replacement CP's in the Black Sea? If the one you've got and the TRANS get sunk, Bulgaria will become one big prison camp.

No. My plan is to take all troops back home and leave one division and bring 2 white printed corps. Maybe I leave few INF corps to northern border to attack Rumania as soon as Barbarossa begins. Or at least for Germany to keep units to protect oil fields and Bucharest.

Next year I can build white printed GAR, other one has to Siberian INF.

It depends on the garrison ratio which you have to maintain after France is gone. That's probably going to be pretty tough if you have a lot of units in Bulgaria, especially if Germany waits to attack Yugoslavia. In an ideal situation, the USSR wants to delay Barbarossa as long as possible. That should be your first, second and third priority...

Germany just solved that problem, by making Rumania a full German ally. I think you can count yourself pretty lucky that all Soviet forces in Bulgaria are now part of the garrison ratio. Also: one less resource out of the USSR to Germany and only one Hungarian unit available outside that country. That's pretty good news...

This was new for me. I tested and it was not optional. Germany was just informed that Rumania is now their full ally.

Edit: When placing units, game says "set up attacked minor".

Should we go for an All Pass for 50% chance to end turn?

There are a couple of naval moves CW could do with making (plus using Harrow to reorg a TRANS for if the turn doesn't end). TRANS down to West African coast to load a TERR to bring up to Algeria to stop the Italians grabbing it. Once Vichy declared it can relocate to Malta. INF Div back to UK (if turn continues, reorg'd TRANS can bring MIL to France). If CW does these and everyone else passes, it's 40%.

US and China can certainly Pass, although China has a couple of land moves if CW and USSR are not passing. How about USSR? Are you desperate to take Sofia this impulse? Would bring turn end down to 30% if you didn't pass. Still not bad odds.

I check what kind of odds USSR gets for Sofia.

CW should not fly ATR to Belgium, German fighter can intercept.

It was the TRANS in France I was thinking of due to the Me-109's probably wanting to run interference.

USSR has only 40% chance to take Sofia. No attack, but they need to bring one INF closer to join the attack. Communist Chinese can also give pressure to Japs by moving forwards.

France would like to reform their line (ART adjacent to Brussels to ground strike next turn during fine weather).

Full pass would be good, if we succeed. So I vote for playing this impulse.

How about if CW sends INF div to France same hex with INF HQ? They can build INF (they have 2 in force pool, one goes to UK and another one goes to India).

Good point on the Force Pool and builds. INF Div can go to France as well.

CW weapons boffins are now working on a new design for projecting domestic, ceramic or steel , catering, washing and waste disposal units at the enemy (a.k.a. "throwing in the kitchen sink").

CW can use ATR to bomb Hamburg if you think turn ends before you can use reorganized TRS.
