If someone is losing build points, you can get them back by not destroying a pilot when one is supposed to be, and then keeping the pilot in reserve for three turns.

USSR rails Mongol CAV from Ulan-Ude to Blagovy'.

France rails Bordeaux MIL to Lyons.

The Chinese make some adjustments in response to Japanese moves. In the poor weather quite a few units become disorganised. The only real comfort is the same weather will be slowing down and hindering the Japanese as well.

No declarations of war.

Land: Germany, Japan, Italy
Combined:
Naval:

No port strikes. No naval air.

Strategic Bombing:

Italy:
LND3 (Genoa) -> Lyons

Germany:
LND3 (Cologne) -> Metz
LND3 (Liege) -> Coventry (extended range)
LND3 (48,44) -> Lodz

France can intercept the raid on Metz with one FTR2. Germany can counter-intercept with two FTR2. Will France intercept the bomber?

Edit: The target factory in UK was Coventry, but I had written Manchester.
