Introduction.

(1) I'm constantly tweaking my AAR spreadsheet.

(2) I don't know why the following two tweaks didn't occur to me earlier but they hit me like a lighting bolt in my morning 3.5-mile run.

(3) In fact, the following two tweaks took my mind off of the run as I worked out the details of the tweaks in my head.

(4) I've decided to incorporate my "Impulse Pre-Brief" and "Attack Planning" reports into my AAR spreadsheet.

(5) Previously the "Impulse Pre-Brief" was done in PowerPoint, however now I'm capturing and, can now track them, as "WAR Directives".

(6) I've also renamed the Impulse Pre-Brief to Impulse Brief and using priority (High, Med or Low) as (Direct Order, Recommendation or Consider, respectively).

(7) Impulse Brief, War Directives, will have "BRIEF" in the item A (column) and will be evaluated and closed accordingly at the end of each impulse.

(8) I will provide those evaulations.

(9) The second tweak, including attack planning (AP) reports, in my AAR spreadsheet required a specific variable header, which was straight forward to buld.
