The assault on Murmansk was a bloody affair, but ends in a German-Finnish win.

And it was bloody for the Soviet air force as well. This because three disorganized FTR2 were overrun, and destroyed, in Murmansk.

Yes. The red factory is in use.
Note that the partisan will stop its production, but should be unable to destroy it during this end of turn. (That is if I got the rules right [:D] )

Ah, Germany seems to send so many resources to Italy they have spare factories. If you did not proceed from this phase, can you place it to city with a resource?
