Still waiting on body shop estimate, they are, literally, a family run business (Dad and adult son do the work on the vehicles, Mom keeps and runs the office). Mom had emergency mouth surgery on a tooth this morning... Ouch...

Waiting patiently. I know them, hope they can cut me a good deal on getting the vehicle back on the road.

Good morning! Forgot to reset my alarm, woke up 1/2 an hour late, let the dog out to do her business and my escape artist cat went with her, did my three "S's", fed all the animals, let the dog back in, after she ate, gave the dog her medication (diabetic), finished getting dressed, went outside with the cat treat bag, cat is up in the purgalow in amongst the wisteria bush, coaxed her down and still was only 15 min late for work.

Got to be a good day to start like that! [:D]

Also, did I mention, my better half is in Houston with her sisters (for anyone living in Houston, I am sorry...), and I am also, for the weekend, a single parent of a just turned 16-year-old and a nearly 18-year-old. Good thing they can get themselves going in the morning! [X(]

I am looking down the barrel of mild dementia. Don't get old, it SUCKS! Much better to burn out, than to fade away.

Nothing serious, they aren't putting me in a home, I'm not gonna go cry in my soup or anything. Anywhere else, I do something mildly stupid I just look like an idjit. Here, people play intense games that go for years! I have ton of respect for almost everyone on these boards. These forums have kept me sane all these years. I'm terrified I'll do something, or let something slip in an AAR (I love reading those [;)] ) that could potentially ruin everything. So I'll limit myself to here with the rest of the loonies [;)][:D] If I (or one of you guys) catch myself going off reservation, I'll have Bill ban me or something.

Like I said, nothing serious, but best to get in the habit now before I blow up the barn.
