Spoke with one of my sisters in Massachusetts a little south of Boston on Saturday. Before the Saturday night/Sunday storm their 6-foot fence was almost completely buried. [:D]

Funny. Here we have about 3-4" on the ground is all.

About the same here. About 14" for the whole winter thus far. Average about 32" at this time. Last year over 40". Now the arctic temps are moving in this week. But you don't have to shovel cold.[:)]

Snow day [8D] Va. Tech officially closed at noon. So I am sitting at home doing sadistics homework. Oops, meant statistics. I am taking my last two classes this semester and both are stats.

Good morning all. -9F. Wind chill -29F. Typical morning.

We have 8" of fresh snow in Denver, sunny for the rest of the week, and another blizzard due in this weekend. We'll take all anyone has. I still remember the drought of a few years ago, there was talk of having to rail water in [X(]

With temps below 20 for the next two days and lows near -10, our HVAC unit has gone on the fritz. Called the company that maintains it, but got voicemail. It is a mom & pop business, I expect them to be busy. Good thing we have gas logs that can keep the house somewhat comfortable.

I keep a couple of buddies around in the HVAC business. Very handy.[:)]
