I'm excited for my new laptop to arrive today. It's probably a bit of overkill in power, but it will have a 17.3 inch, ultra bright display and fast wifi so I can work outside on the back deck by the pool all spring, summer, and fall. [8D]

BTW, I hope you got screen with some sort of "Anti Glare" protection - I don't like the "Mirror Effect" screens that are sold in the most laptops these days...

I had to look at it to be sure, Leo, but it does have a nice anti-glare surface. The framework around the screen is much more reflective than that screen when I look at the reflection of light coming in the window.

Post half marathon - Tithe. [&o][&o][&o]

The race went great. I beat my goal time by 3 minutes and didn't injure myself or anyone else. [:D]

Good afternoon all. From home. Website finally decided to work again.
 
Some great college hockey here this weekend. 5-1 Friday night. A great game winning goal with just over 2:00 left last night to lift the Sioux 3-2 to the NCHC finals.
 
A great day here. More record highs. Yesterday 65F. Already 65F looking for 70F today.

I'm going to head to the C-store station down the street and fill the bike tires and take a quick ride. Then check out the river ice. My buddy just told the ice break up can be pretty cool. In my 56 years I've never heard this. So I'll check it out after I fill the tires.
 
Yesterday morning I heard the crows outside in a tizzy. Eagles a foot? Sure enough a few minutes later two were circling over the river. Couldn't tell the age of one. Too far out. The one over the house was under 5 years old.
 
Thoroughly a great weekend. Monday chance of snow and down to the 40's and 50's for the week. Still not bad for here. No one is conceding spring yet. Still have March and April yet. Even May can be a bit of a bitch.

Just received my tailor-made army service jacket... because of my diet now sadly far too big.

The people of the dresses chamber wanted to beat me, hehe!!![:D][:D][:D]

I have room inside it for twice of me!!

...took it for now...i have to change battle dresses when i arrive around 80kg so i can change all together.
