Good morning tithe [&o]
It's official: we sold our place in Minnesota and bought a place in San Antonio yesterday. Inspections, escrow, title searches and closings await, but we're not anticipating any major problems.

Minnesota has been good to us, no doubt. But it's time to move on. Thank THE THREAD!!! that we're in a position to direct our own lives to be nearer family instead of being lurched around from job to job.
Life is a trip. [8D]

Funny enough, the buyers wrote it into the contract. They're moving from a loft apartment in Minneapolis out to the 'burbs. They'll need a bunch of stuff to set up a 'real' household. They had the common sense to ask for the snow blower.
Of course, that old b**** of a snow blower is cantankerous as hell and 13 years old. I'm ready to shoot it myself and get a new one. But personal property is always sold in an 'as is' condition. I just need to decide if I'm going to warn them ahead of time.[;)]

Yeah, I was going to tell them, I'm just funnin' y'all. [:)]
We're having them over this weekend to show them around the property and review some of the features of the home. Them thar city folk need them a reality check.
I'll also show them how to prime the snow blower, set it to choke, fruitlessly yank on the starter handle, cuss like a sailor and kick the thing in the carburetor until it finally sputters to life.
ETA: North of St. Paul, just north of White Bear Lake, south of Forest Lake where my in-laws have a condo on the lake.
be careful some engines get addicted to that stuff and then that HAVE to have it to get going. Kind of like coffeeORIGINAL: AW1Steve

Starting fluid man , starting fluid. You can bring the dead back to life if you use enough. Or else blow them up. [8|][:D]
