Just recieved my copy and while manual and CD are in good condition, the box itself is broken. That's sad, because I purchased the physical version in order to shelve it. [:(]

Was no wise decision to put the heavy book on an almost empty box and don't add any packaging material, to prevent it from being crunched during transport. [:-]

At first, excuse me for my poor english, it is not my native laguague.
I´m writing this message to you because I am seriourly worried with my order status. Several spanish friends have received emails with changes in their order status (backordered to shipped) when they have been order the game one day after me, and other have receive the physical copy already.
I order the Admiral Edition game July 27th (the first day if I am not confused), probably I must have more patience with it, like you tell us in several thread in the forums. If you think that could be a problem I can send whatever you tell me my order number, special promo code or serial.
Excuse me if my worries are unneccesary with your warehouse working hard this days.

USA calling here. I managed to retrieve my order number, and I'm listed as shipment "pending" and order status as "Backordered." I've e-mailed my order number to Erik.

It's not a big deal, but I sure am looking forward to getting that manual.

I ordered the AM of the first day, still waiting for my physical copy.  Where can I find my order # to check on where the package is?

Ordered 27 July 2009. Checked status today at 1046 EST and still backordered. I will be out of town on vacation until 20 August 2009. I'll PM my order number to Erik and hope to find it waiting when I return.

If you´re serios wargamer, there is quite a change this is the last wargame you gonna play.

I might give you a run for your money . . . I did have 2-day delivery ordered however.

UPS says I'll have my copy today!! I didn't order fast delivery, but I do live less than 100 miles from the Minnesota warehouse. I was listed as backordered until last night.

I checked in at findmyorder yesterday, and it told me I was backordered and pending. Today it has no record of my order at all. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Yesterday I checked on mine using my email and area code. Nothing found. Then I used the order number and last five digits of the credit card and it found it. Did you use a different method of finding it today than yesterday?

Mine shipped out yesterday. Currently it's in transit having left omaha at 1231. Est delivery date is 13 Aug. Hurrah!

Still backordered. I did get a reminder that my card will be charged or has been charged.

Ordered Monday, the day of the release.

Looks like I'm looking at the game arriving next week.

I did order the downloadable version also, but I want a hard-copy of the manual.

This findmyorder thing sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
