Here's a CR showing the divisions sorted biggest to the top. Quite a few Cav Corps in there. Respectable CV's showing on them.

I moved some more people in to gang up on those three Finn divisions and got more hits this time. Slowly.........slowly.

Those 3 Finn Divisions surrendered for some reason. I was expecting another "held" result and they didn't.

I almost forgot to grab a shot of the front lines before I move stuff. Consequently, I already have started moving all the Soviet stuff by
Lake Ladoga northeast of Leningrad but other than that nothing else has moved yet. This is the T38 front lines:

EDIT: T38 is 5Mar1942

Here's the Leningrad situation now. I'm trying to eliminate the Finn threat with just two Armies, the 2nd and 3rd Shock Armies.

Here's the area SW of Leningrad

EDIT: I'm continuing to push West but upon hitting much higher Axis CV's I'm thinking of reverting to defensive mode
and start digging forts and fall-back lines a little to the east. Just in case KLilly launches a spring offensive of his
own.

Here's the area north of Smolensk. I've been using these guys to push to the west but it's so late in the season now, we're running into stronger and stronger Axis units and so I'm thinking of using the weaker parts of the Army to hold the front lines, just dig in, and have the cream of the divisions in the second or back-up, line ready to counter-attack any Axis penetration he might attempt.

Here's the area south of Smolensk and west of Bryansk. These people too are going to go into defensive mode if and when they meet the stronger less push-able Axis units to dig in and prepare back-up lines to the east.

EDIT: I found the 8th Airborne Corps still belonging to Stavka.....I'm going to have to assign it to the Bryansk Front pretty quick now.

This shot of the area around Gomel, west of Orel and Kursk, reveals that I have some mixed-front things going on and I need to correct that as soon as I can safely.

EDIT: That neon-blue division is sitting on the rails ready to move to the next spot that needs buffing up. I don't remember the numerical
digits of that division. Lemme look that up and get back to you.

EDIT 2: That's the 10th Army from the West Front. I'm thinking maybe I should rail this bad boy ( the division) to the area where the
West Front is fighting. They could dig back-up lines or something useful.

Here's the area to the west of Kharkov. It's a remarkable array of Fronts from north to south. No two adacent Armies have the same front. It's a mess. I'm glad I did this pictuire......now I know I have a command issue that needs to be looked into. I may have to save up some AP's to fix this mess.

Here's what it looks like north of Odessa......more Front mixing and you know what?.......I'm not sure mixing fronts like in this instance is really a detrement. What kinds of penalties could effect the game? Probably combat. Maybe that's why I should spend somje time unmixing these divisions and fronts.

About 1/3 of a Million people were added to the front-line manpower this turn alone. It's growing by leaps and bounds.

Listing the units ( excepting the Partisans ) by %TOE the scroll thumb goes down to about 1/3 the travel of the scroll bar so I'm estimating that I have about a third of my units in refit and the rest are in reserve or rdy.

I went through the Commanders Report to move all the U-2VS 's to the NR and re-assign groups to that airbase that would be more efficient to the assigned mission than the aging biplanes. I'm thinking of disbanding all of them, but there's about 30 groups of U-2VS's still and I don't want to spend that kind of AP's to do that. There's no way to change the aircraft type of that air group and the only other way to get rid of them is to disband the group so I'm at a loss as to what to do with them. All my SAD air bases are being disbanded by the AI so I don't get a say in what to base at them anymore. I'm running low on available air bases. I suppose I COULD build some air bases but there's a cost like 25 AP's or so to build one of them. I don't know that I want to employ the U-2VS's that much. Anybody have an opinion? This is an air base on which I moved the U-2VS's to the NR and replaced them with these bombers and fighters.

Once I moved all the U-2VS's to the NR I looked to see how many planes are there now and found 2200+ planes there so I'm thinking I need to buy at least one air base just to deploy some of the Migs and Laggs and Yak-1's. I'd like to see them shoot down some more Axis planes and I need them deployed to do that.
