Italy -1 resource sucks for the Axis, but added to the Brits?...once France falls, that resource and the one in Cyprus is finished for CW. Its also partially off-set by the opportunity cost of any unit(s) sitting there to defend it.

Bit of a punt but fly the Hampden at extended range which should get it to the 3-box. If it can't then don't fly.
