You can for sure take his AARs as guidance on overall Strategies/Troop Movements/Army Orga, Air, Rails and Logistics.
When it comes to combats and decisions which combats to take (or how) to make sure you win battles with certainty or what results to generally to expect from what types of engagements, well...

As Joel says "Please do not imply that cheating is going on here. I have checked the logs and can attest that there is no double downloading going on for the German player."

Stop implying that people are cheating without evidence. It is a form of harassment and will not be tolerated.
