Moneyland: Why Thieves and Crooks now Rule the World and how to Take it Back by Oliver Bullough
A sort of funny book that explains from A to Z how some personages stash their moneys. Looks like the whole thing was started by the British (oh, I can't say I'm surprised

) in 1963, to basically circumvent the Bretton Woods' straitjacket. A good read so far.

What's the difference with the original edition?

What's the difference with the original edition?
As explained in the preface, the 1st edition dated from 1995, this one dated from 2015. Between this 2 dates, lot of soviet archives has been opened, from STAVKA, GKO, NKVD... so the book became more accurate, about battles, statistics etc...
...The twenty-six tables in the book’s second edition (versus the five in the 1995 edition) attest to the magnitude of new statistical evidence describing the scale of Soviet participation in the war. Among other things, the new edition broadens the definition of available manpower on both sides, including such overlooked groups as NKVD troops, Axis satellite armies, and dissident forces that the Germans recruited in the non-Russian portions of the USSR. It rejects traditional efforts by German generals to hold Adolf Hitler solely responsible for all German errors and atrocities...
Glantz, David M.; House, Jonathan M.. When Titans Clashed: How the Red Army Stopped Hitler (Modern War Studies) . University Press of Kansas. Kindle Edition.

What's the difference with the original edition?
According to the Authors:
"Up to 60 percent of the war’s content remained largely conjecture in 1995, but by 2015, this figure had decreased to roughly 10 percent. As a result, clarity is replacing opaqueness and truth is steadily winning out."

Recently, I practically do not read books, but I try to get acquainted with informative articles on the Internet. The last thing I read and what interested me was this . I thought about forex trading, but it was after I got to know this company better. This topic became even more interesting to me.

Oh my!! Just thought I'd give Seaforth Publishing a quick check and.....
...if this is anywhere near as good as their book on the Littorios then this will be a superb addition to the collection.
Well that has totally made my day. Out at the end of April apparently!!
