In db build 447 the range for the HQ-16A is 2-21.59 nm. Shouldn't it be 2-40 nm?

See post at the bottom of this page

tm.asp?m=3436106&mpage=99&key=

Will update as data evolves but I think his post and data are closer to reality. The B variant has a better range and probalbly closer to the SA-17.

Can you add Rafale for India?

France and India signed a contract on Sept 2016 for 36 Rafale. First jets to be delivered in Sept 2019.

http://www.defensenews.com/articles/ind ... ghter-jets

On our list and will be added when more data is available. My understanding is the system involved might be quite different so best to no rush to get it in.

Characteristics of active radar seekers of 3M-54 and 3M-14 are different in DB and at the manufacturer's site.

Added to worklist but need a weblink so we can verify.

Thanks!

Mike
What kind of web links you mean? Unfortunately producer of these seekers has no website on English, only on Russian.
Same data is present at Air power Australia But they give no references to the sources.

I need sources to back up changes. Russian links are absolutely fine.

Look at Triode's posts to see what we like. He really does a great job at finding what we need to impliment changes.

Thanks!

Some pages above there is a post about installing SVP-24 Gefest on the Su-33. mikmyk has requested a photo.
I think this is a first photo Su-33 with FAB-500: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1126120927456643&set=a.178241115577967.39891.100001762398819&type=3&theater

How about one day? Will give it a few more as I'm guessing it could carry at least 2 more bombs.

I'd be more keen to see it actually taking off with bombs...

Why not? 2 x FAB-500M-54 weight 960 kg. At many videos Su-33 takes off with light loadout - 2 x R-73 + 2 x R-27 weighting about 900 kg. No problem to take off.

Colleague Triode posted many photos of Su-33. http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/fb.asp?m=4181909
Maninly Strike land loadout - 2 x R-73 + 2 x FAB-500M-54.

First video evidence that the J-10B or C can conduct SEAD with YJ-91/Kh-31P ARMs. A first for the entire J-10 series. Also, note the blue PL-10 dummy on its starboard wing's outmost pylon.

This is quite a significant uograde of the J-10's multirole capability.

Are there any minor differences between the Kh31p and the YJ91 or are they the exact same thing?

Do you plan to update the entry for BUK M3 system, as it entered the service few weeks ago?

At the moment, DB is showing no difference between M2 and M3, while open sources are indicating increased performances, PoH, and new electronics.

Sure. Could you post those open sources.
