I don't think so, the fatigues look like camo fatigues and they did not use the green shirts back then that I am aware of.

I would amend this to, "You never want your relatives to be happy". Or even, "You never want relatives". Simplifies wills and estate planning.

That is quite cynical. What if your relatives are older AND richer than you?
