Since no USSR planes could intervene, GE Send LND2 Ju 87r to southern combat hex (return 53,55 one hex SE) and LND3 Ju88A1 to Northern hex (return 48,53 one hex west of 4-4 MTN). Gar, Mot Div, loss order.

Ok, Zhukov will commit - I just realized that is before GS phase but I think you probably knew he was going to commit anyway. If you would have flown diff planes we can go back. AA will not fire in the attack in the south.

South combat, SU chose blitz with odds around +8 (I can't tell exact odds with winterized). Roll 12, result */B with attacker half flipped. SU flips INF,MOT,MTNDIV,HQA and does not advance into hex. Result sends the 3 defenders to reinforcement for next turn.

Combat north of Kiev SU will also call blitz.

(I had to learn this the hard way back when some games would use d6 and 2d6, but refer to them just as "die roll" and "dice roll" in the rules. Or that other game that called them "dr" and "DR")

(Just teasing - and that I wanted some reason to just say thank you all for your hard work in playing and AARing this game.)
