After an undecided naval battle off Vizagapatam, IJN Carrier Unyo was torpedoed by FAA aircrafts. British lost about 50 aircraft vs nearby 100 aircrafts lost by IJN Baby KB. Enemy carriers Zuiho, Shoho, Ryujo, and Unyo were spotted at Indian Ocean. Enemy are trying to hurry the Indian expeditionary Force evacuation.
In the picture CVE Unyo ate a torpedo from british Fleet Air Arm aircrafts. In the same battle HMS Indomitable and HMS Hermes, both ates one torpedo from enemy Kates. British Carrier Force withdrew to Madras habour security under a thunderstorm.
Several days after CVE Unyo was sank when trying to withdraw to Malayan coast by LBA from Rangoon.

In the Picture, Carrier Battle Force with USS Enterprise (Halsey flag), USS Wasp (Spruance flag) and USS Long Island steaming north to rendezvous with USS Yorktown to launch counter strikes at Coral Sea and support Buin assault (6th and 7th Aussie Divisions -awaiting ships at Luganville-). With them the Lee´s battleships with USS ARIZONA, USS CALIFORNIA, USS PENNSYLVANIA, USS IDAHO and USS NORTH DAKOTA).
At Lunga Point (Guadalcanal) the USMC Expeditionary Force with 1st and 2nd USMC Divisions, 1st and 2nd USMC Para Bn, 1st and 2nd USMC Raiders Bn and 1st USMC Air Wing (54 Dauntless, 18 Devastator and 48 Wildcats from USMC). From the USArmy 15 F5A recon aircrafts, 48 B-26A Marauders and 24 A-29 Hudson long range light bombers.

Buna taken by 30th Aussie Bde.
Port Moresby with Kenney´s 5th Air Force, at Port Moresby with 44 Kittyhawks, 35 P38F, 11 Beaufighters, 12 LB-30, 47 Hudson I, 16 Marauders, 35 B25 Mitchell, 96 B-24D Liberators, 38 B-17E and 10 A-20A Boston ready for action.
Several air attacks have close the enemy airfields at Madang, Lae, Thursday island and Buin.

Probably tomorrow will begin a new naval air battle at Salomon Islands. KB spotted several days ago at Rabaul have been steaming to southeast to reach positions off Buin. Air complements from CV Kaga and CV Akagi have been identified. Probably a third carrier could be CV Zuikaku.
At South of Lunga Point, Carrier Battle Force with USS Enterprise (Halsey flag), USS Yorktown, USS Wasp and USS Long Island have been replenishment by fleet AOs at Rennell Island and will await to the LBA attack over enemy fleet from Henderson Field (Guadalcanal), where USMC and USArmy gather 200 combat aircrafts (Wilcats-SBD-Vindicator from USMC and B-26 / A-29 from USArmy).
In the China Front, the encircled Yobi Eki regiments have been crushed lossing 5.500 men.
At Indian Front, the british have capture the Vizagapatam enemy base. 40.000 enemy troops isolated at India. HMS Formidable with HMS Hermes ready to begin blockade, with HMS Valiant and HMS Warspite like a bombardment support for land units.

Burma SitMap Report
Rahaeng have fall in my hands !... In the left flank burmese troops backbone by chinese expeditionary Army (SouthEast Asia Command) marching to Pisanuloke and the Right wing with Indian Army and British Regular Army forces advance to Tavoy and Bangkok !. All is ready for an inminent air offensive with X Air Force from Rangoon (150 bombers ready with 170 escorting fighters at Rangoon-Moulmein airfields).
At India, the IJA is near to collapse. August 25th the enemy lost 19.000 men at Vizagapatam. Royal Navy is supporting blockade operations with BattleDiv 1 (HMS Warspite-HMS Valiant) and CarDiv 2 (HMS Formidable - HMS Hermes)

In the picture sit map report at Salomons islands, August 25th 1942.
At Port Moresby, Kenney´s 5th Air Force awaiting reforcements (48 B-24 awaited from USA) to launch a massive struggle against Rabaul fortress. Nearby 70 long range fighters will be ready like escorts.
In the South, Munda have been taken by USMC Raiders and I raised an little air base (lvl 2) to launch air attacks over enemy shipping trying to get Buin port. At Lunga IX US Corps with 1st and 2nd USMC Divisions and several support units (TD, Tanks, Engineers, AA units).
At Henderson Field near 270 AC ready for action, awaiting the air campaign against to Rabaul to launch his own campaign to capture Buin with Black Force (5th and 6th Aussie Divisions boarding at ships at Noumea).
USS Wasp and USS Enterprise will withdraw to Luganville to upgrade his torpedo bombers to Avengers.
I will wait to gather USS Yorktown (Sydney harbour) and USS Hornet (Pearl) to begin naval ops in the area. I lost USS Long Island in the Nauru raid.
All is ready for a new campaign in the Salomons !

In the sitmap report the australian Black Force have captured Buganville island (Buin and Totorika). For the other hand, the air supperiority in the area is absolute with more than 900 LBA with USS Yorktown, USS Wasp, USS Copahee at Lunga and USS Hornet and USS Enterprise steaming to Guadalcanal to rendezvous with Halsey Carrier Force.
The past september 12th a naval air battle in the Buganville area with CV Kaga and CV Junyo hit by SBDs and USS Wasp severly damage get Lunga Port (50 float and 40 system damage). When float damage will be repair then will steam to Sydney for refits.

Tavoy have fallen in my hands !.. With heavy air support form RAF and US X Air Force LBA at Rangoon, CW LCU have launched a main offensive to Bangkok with 3 wings, at left, indian troops with chindits brigades have captured Tavoy, in the center, the XIV british army have taken Rahaeng and is awaiting for the right hand to cross the river and assault Pisanuloke. At right the chinese SEAC forces with burma brigade launched a offensive to Pisanuloke to support the cross of the river of the XIV British Army.
At Rangoon : 56.000 tons of supplies. 284 LBA, AF 7, Port 6, Fort 4
At Moulmein: 38.780 tons of supplies. 193 LBA, AF 4, Port 1, Fort 2
At Tavoy: 3.800 tons of supplies, 70 AC, AF 4, Port 1, Fort 0
