Only one ground strike is coming but it is better than average.

I was considered if I should ground strike or use Ju88 to get +1 for sure using ground support...

Italy rails GAR to Rome. Japan rails GAR from Korea to Manchuria.

Japan moves MIL to Shanghai. Italy moves 2 units closer to French border. Italian TER in Kenya captures Nairobi (after a long time I used arrow button to go trough all land units and found that unit). Germany moves units in France/Belgium, all but one organized units in that area will take part of attacks.

2x MAR invades Vladivostok. Either Axis or Allies will cry after Vladivostok combat is over...

1) I assume USSR chooses notional units as it gives odds +5 (+6 without notional units).

Japan gives 10 points offensive shore bombardment.

2) Do France want to use defending HQ support in France? Current odds are +11.3B.

3) Do USSR want to use Pe-8 for ground support in Vladivostok? Japanese send 3 points of ground strikes and 3 factor plane as fighter. Another 3 factor plane is ready to intercept from CV.

4) Germany uses Bf109's in ground support missions. Do French FTR want to intercept to combat in Belgium? Current odds are +11,8B and Germany brings 2 points of ground support and factor 5 Bf109 is ready to intercept.

Include notional and fly Pe-8, otherwise, no thanks.

Bad news for Japan...

Edit: I wish I could have planned this invasion and bring MAR div and regular div also to take losses...

Where do Pe-8 want to land? Is city 8 hexes north or Tsitsihar in Manchuria OK?

Edit: Odds in Vladivostok after ground support is +6,538. I must have been drunk when I planned this move, I need to final result 20+ to take city and survive at least with one unit.

First attack is almost a disaster, luckily there are no losses for Germany.

Metz falls and causes losses to Germany. Germany counts on turn to continue and disorganizes divisions that use oil.

Edit: French bomber is overrun and destroyed.

Hex is taken but no losses to France.

I really hope the last roll is the highest, far above average...

Dice give, dice take. The gamble paid off! I thought I had a little better odds that +6,5. Very good I did not know, I might have aborted this invasion...

Japs keep getting lucky. Aborting Trans in intercepted on a 3 (Allied rolled 3 also).

In surface combat Trans sinks.

Japan rebases G3M2 to Fukuoka and FTR + bomber from central China to Manchuria.

On a 4 turn continues.

On a 9 winter finally arrives. Looks like turn is about to end soon too.

I assume Germany had advancing armor into France in that attack that resulted in a breakthrough? Have a new map of the French-German front?

I don't think I need to mention how important taking Vlad was? That should put a damper on USSR sub effectiveness.

Turn end is at 50%...you never know...got that Alpine unit ready?

Germany was cautious in fear of desperate counter attack. I also forgot to move AA gun to Metz and I was thinking France could sacrifice INF to attack against it if I leave hex empty between German AA gun and French HQ. In same hex with AA gun there is a disorganized FTR-3. So Germany advanced only one hex.

Alpine unit is in Belgium, disorganized at the moment.

Wow, good attacks in France and with Vladivostok kaput, Russia might be getting nervous. Bet there was a big sigh of relief on that one. You would think two Inf should have been enough in Vladivostok.

Not when the dice gods appear to be making it so just about every crucial die roll goes exactly as the Axis needs it. This unceasing diet of near perfect Axis impulses is getting rather tiresome and making Allied play somewhat pointless.
