There was a strike on Wake by a group of Nells which was fortuatous because there were more landings on Wake and
that means there's going to be another shock attack and they are going to need the combat support from the Nells.

Here's the results of the combat invading the island, coming across the beaches.

I captured Hwaiyin, near Shanghi, which is a good thing because it's one of the producers. I need to repair the
RES center there and I'm going to ignore the damage tot he LI for now. This base needs supplies first.

Here's the results of the shock attack at Wake. It went rather well. I'll try a DA next turn and see what
happens.

Jap sub I-124 got into the minefield at Bataan somehow and has been lurking there for several turns now and
finally got lucky and got a TT into an Allied ship. He's going to run out of TT's shooting them 4 at a time
though.

I parked one of my subs near the mouth of the river that heads to Palembang and he's been there only a day or so
and he's already gotten lucky. There must have been an Allied transport TF headed to Palembang or something
because that sub hit one ship with a spread of three but missed with a spread of three on the next ship it got a
chance to shoot at. I'll take it.

Jap sub I-4 just missed hitting an Allied AO with one of his four TT's. He's probably detected now. I'd best
move him.

One of my ASW boys near Legaspi got shot at by an Allied sub and he and his friends got to looking for the
shooter but no luck. I need to post a spotter plane there if possible. Maybe two.

Now I'm through reviewing battles and I'm reviewing the Tracker data and one of the Alerts is that Vehicles in the
pool has sunk to a new low. So I changed one of the Munitions Plants to a Vehicle Factory which has set it to
0(40) and I've got to repair it all. This is at Harbin so it shouldn't be too hard.

I just got some moves from Brian. I watched the combat replay and now I'm reviewing the strategic situation. Here's
what the intel screen says. I've simply GOT to spend some of those PP's.

This is approx. 1/2 of the list of planes and engines in the pool. The excluded listings are those that have nothing
in the pool. And most likely I'm not producing any of them either. I'm going to compare this with the list from
7Dec to see the trends right now.

I received some new moves from Brian 1/2 hour ago and I'm going through the Tracker data and this is the
economic chart. I'm really low on Armaments and Vehicles but there's nothing I can do to fix that right
now.

Here's the strategic situation. I'm swimming in PP's.

I'm checking out the pilots and I see where the graduating class of Navy student pilots is 0 now. I'm wondering
what happened to them. Did they all go active duty already?

You found it. Good for you. I'm impressed.

There were three separate attacks on Manila this turn and the first one was a sweep and the second one was a
sweep but the third one was an airfield strike. The strikes did away with the Allied CAP, which I did not
expect. The airfield strike was too high to hit targets well so if the Allied CAP is swept from the skies
tomorrow I'll try something lower down.

And I also did a night-time strike on the port at Singapore and hit a lot of ships but none of them sank. D'oh.
