T it's to prevent giving out oto much info........
P.S. Its really down to the fact when I 'print screen' and 'alt-tab' to paste the thing in paint - then when I go back to witp it has that as the background [;)]

no no,
Steven´s monitor does not work properly anymore since he hit it last night [:'(] - He saw that the Dutch pilots can still hit an undefended AP convoy [:D] near Lautern and cause a lot of trouble.

Well, yeah obviously... Get yourself a screenshot program.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/screenassist
Allows you to take as many screenies as you like, without having to alt-tab in and out. And it has the right price too... FREE!

Message to Burma Area Army:
Send more Sallys to India. Our gunners need the target practice

I'd say you do need more target practice based upon your loss ratio [:D]

Also, more Sallys have been destroyed on the ground and in operational attrition than by his fighters and flak. Methinks our Buttdemus be twisting the facts to suit his own nefarious ends. Nah, he wouldn't do that...[:D]

More heavy air combat over PM. Even at 20,000 the flak is effective. Gotta like that!
Wait for it: Strategically I must be winning [;)]

Slaughter of Allied airpower over PM and in Burma as Nik ties to bomb my men advancing on Akyab. I swept PM of most Allied fighters.
Apart from the air battle all is quiet EVERYWHERE as I prepare for my operation.......

We are nearing the end of June now.
Last turn saw an interesting 2 days with Nik launching his mediums and heavies in India against Mandalay airfield at 4000 feet [X(].
I was expecting much better results. Flak claimed 4 bombers, 4! I have about 80 x HAA of various calibres guarding the airfield.
The gunners have been given reduced saki rations for the evening..........
totla losses for the 2 days were about 23 Allied for 22 Japanese planes (several of mine being destroyed on the ground at Mandalay.

I figured Nik was reinforcing PM via Dakota's so Zero's were ordered to intercept any incoming planes over PM. Fierce air battles developed with 10 Warhawks and 4 Dakota's being downed for 4 Zero's......
Upto 24/06....the quiet...oh the quiet.

I was beginning to wonder when/if this AAR would ever be updated...

Hi T,
It's slow going at the mo.
The short of it is that I am preparing for a massive strike somewhere and Nik, being typical Nik is conservative. As such all we have is air battles at the fringes - PM, Burma.
We are both frustratingly experiencing LCU movement bugs = I will lose divisions in China! [8|]

Gotta love the movement bug. I had one Jap division stuck in a bit of jungle in Burma for about a month once; near the end I was wishing it would bloody disappear!

Afraid I have PC problems at the mo. I've handed it over to a techy at work who will hopefully fix it. All being well will be back up in a few days.
To those few who read this i'm sorry for the delay.

Turmoil in China. I advance in some areas. Nik in others.
The below pic shows it clearly. I will take Ichang very shortly. In the meantime whilst I have massed forces there. Nik is moving from Changsha and Homan. I will need to extract my forces from Ichang soon otherwise they will become enveloped.
I made a boo boo near Nanning and with the £%£$&* movement rules I can't extract the units = many lost men due to bull.

Hi all,
Just so you know this game is dead now.
Nik and I are to start a Nik Mod 4.0 game from war start. Expect a new AAR on that soon.
Regards,
Steven
