Use Oil. China. The one thing worth noting is that China has one and only one (saved) oil point. And the prospects of getting more from the allies anytime soon looks bleak too. So China will have to "nurse" this 1 oil point and not exceed 0.4 oil used during the reorg phase.

Use Oil. USSR. With Baku (finally) liberated and the rail line repaired linking Baku and that region to the rest of the Soviet Union, having enough resources for full production is no longer an issue. Also, the Soviets are building an impressive stockpile of saved oil.

Axis Production. A collapsing Reich and the sinking of Japanese convoys is making it's mark on axis production output. It has now sunk below pre-war (i.e., Sep/Oct 1939) levels.
