Training for a couple of marathons. Baltimore on Oct 10th and Raleigh Nov 1st. We ran today fromThe NC Museum of Art into Umstead park and then into greenway that continues into Cary. I have run at Shelley lake and the attached greenway that heads behind Crabtree. How close did I come to you?

What is RATO? Rocket assisted.....
The only swing episode I saw was where they attached rockets to swing to try and do a 360. While attempting to do so might be fun my wife would kill me moments later regardless of the outcome! [:D]
