In multiplayer (pbem) I have found that you're now able to save the turn and continue playing it later, but if you do you get another graphic glitch:
The glitch disappears if you scroll the map.
v1.00.11a
It is easy to reproduce.

It happens many times, has anyone else encountered this problem with the display of the frontline?
Yes, unselect the unit or selecting another unit and the frontline is corrected.

Playing 1.00.11a:
I have moved the Gneisenau battle cruiser unit in cruise mode (double click) to intercept an allied destroyer.
But, the battle cruiser was surprised by a Salmon sub on its way. No combat was seen.
The problem is that I was able to move Gneisenau battle cruiser in normal mode (blue hexes) just after.
And, moreover, looks like the AP points were resetted as if the unit has not moved. In fact, I was able to complete my move like if using cruise mode.

Couple of bugs that I don't know if you've already corrected or know about:
I've researched Infantry Weapons up to level 5 but cannot upgrade infantry units past level 2. All others work.
You can upgrade random units past the maximum level that you've researched. For example one armored unit can be upgraded to level 2 but randomly another unit can be upgraded without limit.

I attacked the Sub on the right with the Maritime Bomber on the left, and caused damage to the Sub. However, both units are in Bad Weather and I think this should disallow such an action, shouldn't it ?
Edit: This still with v1.10b, I'll get 1.11a today.

These nice End of Game countdowns don't display like they did in previous versions. I think it used to say '10 more turns' [this shot is from the last turn so it says '0'] but now it says 'Show Text' [&:]
Edit: This also still with v1.10b, I'll get 1.11a today.

Hi
Just to check, is this in a default campaign or your own mod?
Thanks

If combat is occuring, the movement is correctly stopped. I think this came from the fact that the cruiser was surprised by the sub on an hexagon adjacent to its movement path. Or maybe there was just no combat.

This issue was fixed earlier, but either not in all cases or it has resurfaced. I was noticing it on occasion with 1.10b and just now have found time to isolate it using 1.11a. Here are the steps:
1. Open the 1939 Campaign single player and select the 3rd Pz. unit.
2. Move the unit one hex to the position shown.
3. Attack the blue circled cavalry unit once.
4. Select the 4th Army unit [highlighted in the screen shot].
The display at the lower left still shows the 3rd Pz. instead of the newly selected 4th Army. I tried a bunch of different combinations and this may only occur when following the above steps precisely [move, attack, select new unit].

This has been around since the beginning and is probably on the list of things to fix, but since its only a couple weeks to release I thought I would bring it up.
Here is a shot of the Perm area near the east edge:

Using the mouse on the right edge of the screen to scroll right, when the screen edge is hit, all units seem to jump to the left, but it is actually the terrain that moves. This happens all along the east map edge. Compare the above to this shot, nothing was done except the scroll right.

Scrolling a little to the north or south will reveal terrain that is misaligned until you scroll far enough away from the glitch, at which point it refreshes properly.

Also probably on the to do list but worth another mention is that there are playable areas at the bottom of the map that are difficult to deal with as they are under the Jump Map and Unit/Terrain Displays. Especially in the Red Sea and in southern Saudi Arabia.

It was for the standard 1939 campaign. In V11.
I was playing as the UK and France with Poland, Russia and USA AI controlled.
Hi Edwin,
Just ran a further test and it should be ok... I only say that as the nature of the purchase system for the AI is to have random purchases of the various scripted types per turn and as a result there may be a few turns where it simply doesn't make a purchase and builds up some income.
Often this is a good thing as it can allow the AI to spend on other things like Research or Diplomacy, or upgrades and so on and on rare occasions it just doesn't spend on anything and looks like it is saving up.
However, I do have some safety checks in place for this and when this happens and if it reaches a banked value of MPPs > 2 times its regular income then it will loop through a purchase event until it pretty much purchases whatever it can and will spend through its reserves.
On average it works out pretty well, but I did want to make sure it wasn't an error with the friendly major nations controlled by the AI... so far as I can tell it isn't.

Thanks for the reminder on this one as the save option for PBEM should in fact be disabled as it should only save once you complete the turn. We enabled it for testing purposes but it will now be disabled once again and should as a result resolve this issue as well.

If you load the 1939 campaign, use the Tactical Bomber to attack the Polish unit in Krakow, then use the German army to move adjacent to Krakow attack and take the city, it results that there is some terrain conquered by the German army that is not properly displayed, in fact it is still in Polish hands which sholudn't be the case.
This bug is reproducible.
v1.00.11a
Thanks for the report and the detailed steps and the mentioning of it being repeatable, unfortunately I am just unable to repeat this one after many attempts. Each time I move the Army up to finish off the Polish mech unit, as soon as it is destroyed, the territorial control updates itself as expected.
I'll keep an eye out for it and if it happens again, please let me know.

Hi Buckeyebob,
Can you tell me for which build version you are encountering these bugs?
Thanks,
