Japan roots out a communist cavalry division that ran behind their lines and temporarily captured the city of Ichang, China. There was no US reaction to the recapture, oh ... reliberation, of Ichang.

Turn 8. Nov/Dec 1940. Allied #9. Great Britain. Convoys and Production.
The combine gives the RN two naval moves which they use to put an additional CP in the North Atlantic and one in the Faeores Gap in order to move the Canadian oil to the idle factory in Hull. All worked well with the MWiF convoy/production engine. Thank goodness.

The RN elects not to initiate naval combat in the North Atlantic, Faeores Gap and West Med. However, the axis will have the option to do in the North Atlantic, which intel tells us they're likely to do.
