got two cruiser task forces operating against Calcutta now... one was covering the reinforcement convoys to Chittagong but with the Royal Navy running there's no need to cover our convoys anymore... air attacks would be the only threat (besides some subs) but our Tojos are sufficient against the pityful numbers of bombers the enemy seems to have left in India...

damn it, wanted to take this base by air assault but the enemy support units were able to hold the base... had air recon over the base yesterday and it showed no enemy presence so they must have moved in at the end of the turn I guess... at Imphal Ed has 49 units, mostly all the stuff that was fleeing from Burma but I still don't get it why he kept them there... they are pretty much trapped there now, not sure if I should just take the base and force them to retreat...

damn it, wanted to take this base by air assault but the enemy support units were able to hold the base... had air recon over the base yesterday and it showed no enemy presence so they must have moved in at the end of the turn I guess... at Imphal Ed has 49 units, mostly all the stuff that was fleeing from Burma but I still don't get it why he kept them there... they are pretty much trapped there now, not sure if I should just take the base and force them to retreat...
