Use two points to Increase my air to air strength, save 3 points.
Fly the CVP as fighter behind the French fighter. Stay as long as their is an Allied plane in the air.

Axis rolled nothing at all (13) in the air combat. Then aborts the air combat. But stays in the area for another search.
