I remember losing interest in this tournament after the Swedish match against US.

The officials, as I recall and in my humble opinion, might not have been bribed but there were certainly not impartial. Not even close.

One can tell that Decision Games Hurtgen Forest took note of those era maps: min.3:38. I would like to see maps like that in future Matrix games.

The officials, as I recall and in my humble opinion, might not have been bribed but there were certainly not impartial. Not even close.

I didn't see that game, but home country bias is real in team sports.

Been watching a program on National Geographic about the Cold War. Only 4 episodes I think and not incredibly detailed, however as an overview for someone like me (for whom warfare post-Hiroshima has never been of much interest) I've found it highly interesting, informative and watchable.

Look up "Able Archer 83" and see when the Cold War almost became hot.
