I was listening to early Fleetwood Mac and youtube recommended a psychedelic compilation album from the 60's and this was on it.

The end of the film is something of a weepy, but then Neil Young's Philadelphia comes on while the home movie (supposedly of Hank's character as a little boy) plays..and well, its Niagara Falls...
