The first MdCN naval cruise missiles quietly entered service in February as part of the combat systems carried by the force’s first FREMM multimission frigates.

I thus suggest to change its date to 2017.

While being transfered to Egyptian Navy, the frigate was adapted by removing the following sensors, mounts and Comms/Datalinks devices :
- (Nettuno 4100 ECM, already removed in current DB version.)
- Sylver A-70 VLS (16 Cells)
- Link 11
- Link 16 MIDS
- Syracuse III SATCOM

FREMM type ships can accommodate up to 164 persons on a long duration cruise, up to 200 for a day. (Crew is, as the DB correctly depicts it, made 108 persons, that is 94 sailor and 14 air detachment specialists to operate and support the NH90 helicopter).
I thus suggest to set its
Troop Capacity to 56.
Regarding its propulsion, its diesel-electric generators are used for a speed up to 16 knots, then its turbines have to be used.
I thus suggest to have its cruise speed reduced to 16 knots.
Its architecture features some passive noise reduction, such as raft mounting.

(Thank you Kynth)
The "76mm/62 OTO Melara Super Rapido" (only one) does have 80 shells in its turret's magazine and 500 shells in reserve.

All FREMM seems to be equipped with a COMINT type ESM : Thales' Altesse
It seems to be modulable and can include a comm jammer (TRC 274).
