Axis will switch over to Japan for a couple of searches, before returning to the West Med.
Axis will, when it is time for the West Med, reinforce the 2-box with 4 naval bombers. See picture.
All three Western Allied Major Powers has aircraft available for the West Med. Perhaps some might fly into the sea area?

Japan decline to search in their two remaining sea areas. Back to Italy for the final Axis sea area to search in. The West Med.

US NAV and 3x long range fighters from North Africa (a2a factors 7,7,6). 5 range P51 is not flying. 12 range Hellcat in Malta stays in reserve at least the first round.
