Besides being John's friend, I know his style very well, but giving him that many "toys" at start will make my job more difficult.
Rather than posting art work, I would rather see what the CV OOB is for both sides at start and through 42 will be.
Ill put up a list shortly, standby.
On another note, I saw your post in his recent AAR - if you do decide to use the CV Variant, I would be more than happy to create a modified version along the lines you proposed anyway. There is already a reasonable USN TF in the South Pacific like in BB Variant, and Kidou Butai begins in 2 TF's anyway for greater flexibility.
