Playing 1.00.11a:
I have moved the Gneisenau battle cruiser unit in cruise mode (double click) to intercept an allied destroyer.
But, the battle cruiser was surprised by a Salmon sub on its way. No combat was seen.
The problem is that I was able to move Gneisenau battle cruiser in normal mode (blue hexes) just after.
And, moreover, looks like the AP points were resetted as if the unit has not moved. In fact, I was able to complete my move like if using cruise mode.
I've tried repeating this and was also unable to, do you happen to have a saved turn handy where I can repeat this?

I am trying to do one for you.

Playing 1.00.11a:
While spending MPP in the Research window, I have noticed that the MPP count on the upper left is not updated.
It will be updated when the Research window is closed.
In the screenshot, the Available MPP is 75 MPP in the Research window and still 425 MPP in the upper left corner.

It happens many times, has anyone else encountered this problem with the display of the frontline?
Yes, unselect the unit or selecting another unit and the frontline is corrected.
Not in my case.

There is the exact same issue for the Diplomacy screen by the way.

OK - I have a saved game but after seeing again the issue, I fail to reproduce it by reloading the saved file.
Maybe a cache problem??? I am still trying to found the reproduction steps.

The issue is random but quite repeatable with a new saved game. I insist that no combat should occurred to have it reproduced.
Here are the reproduction steps:
1. Load Save game sent - Enemy Sub is in hex 154,58
2. Double click on the Gneisenau Battle Cruiser
3. Ctrl+Left click on hex 161,60
4. Ctrl+Left click on hex 155,57
5. Double click on hex 155,54 to move there
6. If reproduced, you will see that the Gneisenau Battle Cruiser could be moved again as described above and seen in screenshot below.

I'm playing barbarossa on expert dificulty. I just captured Leningrad (before I captured it I linked up with the finns just to the east of leningrad) but I keep getting the "road of life" event thing.
I captured both the Leningrad hex and the industrial hex (only 1 russian corp to the north completely surrounded (except one sea hex) but I still get the "Road of Life" event thing.

v1.00.11a
I thought that air units in snow, rain weather could not attack, the fighter German unit can't attack but conducted an escort mission, is this ok because it doesn't look right (see image)
Have the save for this if needed.
I also conduct an attack in Africa with an air unit while the weather was sand storm, though the attack was on a clear weather hex, is this also ok?

As long as the target hex is clear it's allowed.

Hi
Is it definitely the 1941 Barbarossa campaign you're playing?
Only I cannot see why that would happen in that campaign, though I can see why it would happen if you were playing the 1942 Case Blue campaign... so hopefully that is the one you meant?

For the issue of flying strike missions from bad weather hexes, we took this to be a bug and not a feature and have corrected this for the next build, is everyone ok with this?

At first I thought weather should only affect the target hex, but then I remember reading often of air strikes that were affected by weather in the origination hex. So I think yes, weather in either hex should negate an air strike.

I did not necessarily see the old version as a bug. Of course, even bad weather on the way to the goal in the radiant sunshine hinders, but would it always prevent an attack completely? How about deductions in the effectiveness of the attack? Or with a random-based termination?

I agree with the thought but think that implementing it in the game wouldn't be the best thing. It would add a little more complexity, another thing for players to watch.
Or with a random-based termination?
Also agree with the thought, but also think it would be an aggravation if implemented [targeting a hex and then losing that air unit for the turn due to weather].
The way it is now is simple to understand and allows the player to move thru the turn without hitting speed bumps like reduced effectiveness and random termination. [:)]

I think it was fine before, as the weather areas are so huge I didn't see it as a problem. Ideally I would like to be able to fly all the time but with a penalty for flying in bad weather.

Well, I get your point, but complexity does not have to be bad if it is intuitive and comprehensible. In addition, there are already weather restrictions for fighting in winter. Even after an attack on a alarm-diving submarine the player must live with this annoying bust. A group of bombers that deviate from their course in bad weather and thus sometimes miss their goal could be accepted by most players, right? I personally prefer the variant with the reduced attack values or the "old version" [:)]
