• Bringing some ASW groups into the area.
• The RN carriers will also move into the Celebes Sea in case there is an IJN carrier excursion. Cotabato is the marshalling area for Naha, while Manado, Talaud-eilanden, and Dadjangas serve that role for Amami Oshima, Okinoerabushima, and Tokunoshima. We have lots of transport shipping about.
China
• These waters still dangerous.

• It took a shock attack after heavy Allied air strikes, but the Imperial forces got the job done. There was a single Helen raid, and our own air support made a number of effective strikes on the evil ground troops. The Empire did put up CAP of Franks and Ki-83, and out sweeps treated them roughly indeed. It's good seeing Ki-83 go down (23 of them and 3 Franks). It will take two hexes of road travel for the evil horde to catch up to the brave 18th Australian Brigade, and they will continue to have air support. Can they build effective defenses in the meantime?
• Meanwhile our forces near Mengtze are making progress destroying withdrawing enemy units.
• 6 LI hits at Hong Kong, now 70(151); 12 LI hits at Wuchow, now 12(49).

• We will be using available naval forces to harry and attrite the Cam Ranh Bay defenders while additional land troops are brought in.
