Conch fritters eh? How are they?

Depends on where you get them. Conch can be a little chewy, like clams or calamari, or it can be very tender, from one place to another. It has a very delicious, mild flavor. Last night's dinner was at "The Conch Shack and Rum Bar". A local place, right on the beach. Absolutely fantastic! [:)]

I just checked out Dreadnought and Castles of Steel from the library here.

Time to get ready for some lunch and shopping/browsing in some local shops.  I think we'll have a late afternoon snorkel outing today, and then grill some burgers to go with our wine and rum this evening.  Thread, I love being on "Island Time".  [8D]

Dreadnought is up next for me. I borrowed Castles of Steel from the library, too. I only had to renew it twice. [:D]

The hole is also the size of a very mini mini-van [8|]  Interesting that there is a hole in the outer and inner skins of the aircraft.
