Way to many planes at Guam...and I thought for sure he would bomb there. Shucks, but the runway is pristine now, but supply can't keep pace with all the planes.

The dot base can be swept. [:)] There were some Hellcats on LRCAP over it in one of the screens.

I think at least some of the northern islands are. But none of the 4 southern ones. Can´t check though as I don´t have the game installed [:(]

Only enemy base or nonbase hex with enemy troops can be sweep. (not sure about empty land hex of nonbasehex with only friendly troops)
Sweeping ocean hex or friendly base is impassible

Still, nothing is very strong. Guam, Tinian and Saipan have a division plus support units behind lvl 5 forts. And they aren't great divisions at that.
Rota has but 2 Naval Guards, a CD unit, some Eng and only level 3 forts (soon to be 4 if I get a few more days)...it was slated to get a division in about 2 weeks. [:(]
Rota will fall quickly and Tinian may last a little longer depending on the first series of dice rolls. I would make 'appropriate' sacrifices to 'dice gods' today. [:D]

Heads up for you other Japanese games in mid to late 43...several garrison units go away. I think this can catch some players by surprise -- so heads up!
