i´m not 100% sure, but I think the patch is for the people that bought the game at Essen.

to bring it up to date with the game released today.

It wouldn't hurt to click on the Check for Update button after installing the game. That way you can be certain you have the latest version.

You could charge more. Because you are not, I plan on buying a copy each for two guys I used to play the board game with that no longer live near me.

I have followed the development of the PC game since the end of the 90s but have never posted on this forum as I am not a tecchie and had nothing to add to all the debates. Now the great day of its release has arrived I want to say a huge thanks to Matrix and above all to Shannon, WIF PC God. I hope you're feeling really pleased with yourself buddy because you should be. After all the moaning and groaning and then your health set backs, most would have hung out the white flag. All the best with the AI, then enjoy the rest of your life!

I just finished downloading and installing - all went perfectly. Its taken a few years but I reckon we can all look forward to many more happily enjoying this work of art.

It's pretty amazing to see after all these years, World in Flames out of the " Coming Soon and in Development" and in the "New Releases" section (and at the top of the list!).

Congratulations to all involved, particularly Steve for the hard work and perseverance to make this a reality.
