I saw that. It is very sad for not only the injuries and potential loss of life, but also the aircraft. A double whammy to the historic preservation arena.

Seems like there's one every year. As the airframes and engines get older and older, eventually they will cease to be airworthy without attendant significant risk to the crew and passengers. A reason why I won't fly one. [:(]
