REPs are patiently waiting in Gijon with a 3.6K HQ garrison. A small force of displaced sentries is coming in from the west, too.

Quiet, overall. REPs are slowly liberating the ring around Bilbao.

Both sides seem to be exhausted and hunting down the smaller stacks of the enemy.

REPs attempt a full-on offensive at Andujar, having added three armored trains and Madrid artillery to their ranks. REPs also take Pamplona.

Heavy fighting around Andujar. Both sides have near 60K troops tied in the area.
Many REP stacks are having to fall back and rest/heal.

More careful dancing around Andujar and a bit of fighting by Canaveral. REPs are conscripting three more divisions towards Stalingrad, with units being pulled from Madrid, Cartagena, and even Tarragona where the Garibaldi brigade has just landed.

REP Naval forces

Now that REPs have been handed a terrible naval loss - 3 destroyers sunk - it's time for a review of what's left. The ships that could make it out of the area are in Odessa for repair. The ones that couldn't, are in some God-forsaken fishing harbor halfway between Cartagena and Malaga. There are some more DDs on the way, but we're talking mid-1937.

REPs order all noncombatant ships out of Odessa harbor to give every Ship Repair point to the CLs in there. In the meanime, BB Jaime with a single escort will keep praying for a miracle.

The Spanish Stalingrad is quiet for now, but both sides are reinforcing heavily. REPs have about 33K troops in the area, many beaten up, and NATs I estimate at about 22K, but they have more equipment and artillery.

A new entrant to the AAR, an area Northwest of Madrid. REP forces have been cautiously probing around, exploring. NAT forces seem low, but REP forces aren't the best either, as everything great is being sent towards Andujar.

Continuing clockwise from Madrid suburbs, here's Valladolid. A bit earlier a REP task force got to the city only to be blocked by NAT soldiers from every direction. They are carefully starting to uncork the blockade.

I'm not sure how did a single NAT armored train manage to route-and-surrender two fully-trained REP regiments by Pamplona, but we're going to roll with it under protest... This is the first instance this campaign of a non-sentry REP unit surrendering. Much less a trained and high-morale one.
