Did you forget to include the notional here? As far as I can see, it should have a defense of three, not zero.ORIGINAL: rkr1958

This would not have made any difference, as the Allies would be at over +17, and rolled a 9, but I am trying to figure out why the defense was zero.

Germany uses all the organized HQ units to reorganize what they can. Germany has 1 o-chit and will play that o-chit their next impulse to reorganized all their HQ units.
