I also have almost every game GG made as well as most of SSI and Talonsofts games (dating back to the Apple II versions, and yes, my Apple II still works).
I thought I was weird for hanging on to all my old Apple ][ wargames! (maybe I am, as I don't have an Apple anymore?)(But then again, I've converted most of them for use on my PC with an emulator). I believe I still have everything SSI did, up to the advent of the fantasy fad.
Apple ][ Forever! (
at least in spirit *grin*)

I actually own the new monster War in the Pacific board wargame. It's mammoth.
I do also. I was a bit disappointed that supply is now abstracted.
Go figure. [8|] [;)]

I started gaming in 1973 when a friend in HS turned me on to Kriegspiel. We played Blitzkrieg next and then moved on to the two games I really cut my wargaming teeth on....Panzerblitz and Panzerleader. From there a serious obsession developed that has resulted in a collection of games numbered in the several hundreds. I was a playtester for Advanced Third Reich..even managing to get my name published in the design credits.
And, yes, I am old and grayhaired. I'll be 51 this summer.

Holding onto your old Apple games doesn't make you wierd. It makes you a pack-rat.
Converting them for your PC
yourself, makes you wierd. [;)]
