Strange........ My resource pool last week was: 1.030.627 and this week it is just 71.939.
My oil was 19.790 and now is 17.930

is there any explanation to this? I lost no territory or my rafineries got no bombardment;

any hints? is it a bug???

Sorry, but you can expect your oil levels to dwindle no matter what you do.  Here is a comment from the old PWHINT11.TXT file (circa 1996):

12.. JAPANESE FUEL/OIL REDUCED LEVELS

TWELVE: Why do the Japanese fuel/oil pools drop to such low levels?  At the start of a scenario, the Japanese had 44,485 oil and 43,241 resource. During the scenario I did NOT create any TF's or transfer any fuel.  However, by 8 Feb 42, the pools were down to 4,810 oil and 13,035 resources. Granted, I did not conquer any new oil  bases, how could the pools drop so low while I was not using any fuel?

I think you have encountered the "odometer effect", where if the resources go beyond the maximum that the program variable can handle (1,048,575 if my binary skills are correct), the counter re-sets to zero. To have gotten that high, you must be getting huge amounts of resources per turn, so it shouldn't make any difference -- you'll have all the resources you need.

Did you think Japanese never surrender? Oh no. They can even desert to enemy! These Kageros served truly in Royal navy for some weeks. Zamli should watch over his fleets better.

So this is where my 2 Kagero's went. They have been sitting at Tokyo about 6-8 weeks ago. I clicked them and they have virtually disappeared. Now I see where they want.

Our brave forces after some weeks of heavy planning and sending false signals to enemy intelligence, managed to ambush three fleets and infliced heavy damage to them

Our brave forces have finally managed to defeat all and any resistance on Philiphines. The last allied base has collapsed and we have marched to Lingayen

#2 Our fleet got a little tired of Enemy raids close to Japan and consequently sailed to Dutch Harbour to stop Allied actions for the next few months at least

#3a Indian Ocean - Adm. Yamaguchi managed to get under his command several of the repaired CV's and send a devastating attack against British fleet attacking Andaman I
(none ships reported sunk though)

#3b .......and while being busy with Allied SC TF our planes managed to spot enemy cariers heading the same direction and send another wave against them damaging CVL as a result

Admiral Yamaguchi deserves the reward Your Highness as thanx to his actions our brave fleet have managed to stop enemy raids and hopefully opened a door to the Indian theatre

Not a bad haul of casualties! Still, it took until the end of May. I notice that only two Allied ships sank outright -- do you know which ones?

Of course, Japanese propaganda is glorying these little achievements and hold back earlier failures. Apparently, Japanese airmen still don´t know, how to sink battleship.

The British fleets were asking for trouble for a long time. Especially last action achieved some success, when they caught enemy transport carrying troops and supplies to Andaman. First attacked carrier planes and sunk one AP:

And at night SC TF sunk rest of APs and many MCSs:

Japanese propaganda did not even mention not as good actions of KB from New Caledonia. First, KB attacked Rockhampton, probably chasing transport TFs. But they were already out and attack on town had rather poor result:

Americans tried to take advantage of absence of KB and attacked Espritu Santo, but were repeled by LBA:

After four hits, saratoga´s airmen finally got enough free time for adequate training.

KB wanted to punish this fleet and chased him to Fiji. Unfortunately, american sailors ingnored them, so KB had to deal only with LBA. Again, result was not much flattering for Japanese:
